What counts as an hour
Meetings, answering your questions, and the work itself: data cleaning, data management and analysis. We tell you how many hours you’ve used whenever you ask.

What 20 hours can cover
These are typical times for a thesis dataset of up to 500 cases and 60 items. Your data may need more or less, and we’ll tell you before we start.
Preliminary means checking your data suits the analysis and running the core model once. Full adds assumption checks, reliability and validity, final tables and figures with interpretation, and one round of revisions.

Qualitative and mixed-methods analysis count towards your hours too. Because qualitative work varies so much, we estimate the hours with you at your kickoff.

What the plan doesn’t cover
Anything larger than your hours allow is charged as extra hours at R650 each, or quoted as a one-off project. We agree it with you first.

Give us your details, accept our terms and sign our standard non-disclosure agreement online.

Pay securely
Straight after the form, pay on Paystack’s secure page by card or EFT. If your institution is paying, we email them an invoice instead.

Book your kickoff
Once you’ve paid, you can book your kickoff straight away. Your receipt and signed NDA follow by email. Book it within 5 business days.

Start your month
Your month and your 20 hours start at the kickoff meeting.
